Shipping Policy

1. Scope and Shipping Conditions
1. All orders placed at Turfex.eu are delivered within Poland. International shipping may be available upon individual arrangement.

2. Products are shipped after payment confirmation or cash on delivery, if the customer chooses this option when placing the order.

3. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and depend on the chosen shipping method and parcel weight/size.

2. Delivery Methods
1. Standard courier delivery – typically 1–3 business days from dispatch.

2. Parcel lockers or pickup points – available in selected locations; delivery time may vary.

3. Express shipping – optional, additional cost, delivery time 24–48h.

3. Packaging
1. Products are packed in the manufacturer’s original packaging, secured with bubble wrap, tape, and filling to minimize the risk of damage during transport.

2. Customers are asked to inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage.

4. Order Processing Time
1. Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday.

2. Typical preparation time is 1–2 business days from payment confirmation.

3. For products requiring special preparation, processing time may be longer – the customer will be informed.

5. Shipping Costs
1. Shipping costs depend on parcel weight, size, and chosen delivery method.

2. Costs are shown in the shopping cart before completing the purchase.

3. Promotions or free shipping may apply for specific orders or cart values.

6. Receiving the Shipment
1. Customers should inspect the package upon receipt.

2. For external damage, a damage report with the courier must be completed and a claim submitted to Turfex.eu within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Uncollected shipments may be subject to additional shipping charges.

7. Shipping Claims
1. Shipping damage claims must be submitted by email (support@turfex.eu).

2. Claims should include:

. Order/invoice number,

. Photos of the damaged package/product,

. Description of the issue.

3. Claims are processed within 14 business days.

4. If accepted, the customer may receive:

. Repair or refund of the purchase price,

. Or partial compensation in the case of minor damages, at the Seller’s discretion.

8. Limitations and Liability
1. Turfex.eu is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond the Seller’s control, such as strikes, weather conditions, carrier failures, or force majeure.

2. The Seller takes all precautions to ensure products are delivered in perfect condition; however, the customer is responsible for proper storage of the product after delivery.
