1. Right of Withdrawal
1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

2. To exercise this right, send a notification by email to support@turfex.eu or fill out the online return form.

3. The withdrawal period is considered met if the notification is sent before the 14-day deadline.

2. Return Procedure
1. Products must be returned promptly, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal notification.

3. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

3. Product Condition and Refunds

Product condition Description Refund
Unused, original packaging Product has not been used; all accessories, instructions, and packaging intact 100% refund
Unused, no original packaging Product unused but packaging damaged or missing Refund reduced by cost of packaging or market value loss (~5–10%)
Tested / lightly used Product was briefly operated for testing; no dirt or damage Partial or full refund depending on condition (approx. 90–100%)
Used / dirty / signs of use Normal use with dirt or slight wear Refund reduced proportionally to loss of value
Severely damaged / misuse Visible mechanical damage, missing parts, improper use No refund or partial refund as assessed by Seller

Notes:

. The Seller may request photos of the product before accepting the return.

. Each case is assessed individually; refund decisions are communicated by email.

4. Return Costs
1. Customers bear the cost of returning products unless otherwise agreed or the product is faulty / not as described.

2. Refunds include the product value minus deductions according to Section 3 and initial shipping costs, if paid by the customer.

5. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or products seriously damaged due to misuse.

6. Return-Related Complaints

1. Every return is checked for completeness and condition.

2. In case of discrepancies or missing items, the Seller contacts the customer to arrange settlement.

3. Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
