1. Subject and Scope of Warranty

1. The product is covered by a warranty, as confirmed in the documentation provided with the product.

2. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects occurring under normal use.

3. The warranty also covers defective welds and structural joints that may cause deformation, cracks, or loss of product functionality. It does not cover damage resulting from overloading, improper assembly, or use not in accordance with the instructions.

4. The warranty does not cover:

. Mechanical damage resulting from misuse, incorrect assembly, or maintenance,

. Normal wear and tear (e.g., bearings, rubber parts, blades),

. Damage to the powder coating caused by improper storage, exposure to aggressive chemicals, impacts, or scratches. The product should be stored in a dry place, and any chips or damage to the powder coating should be maintained by the user. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects in the coating that affect its functionality or durability.

. Damage resulting from natural color fading or corrosion caused by improper storage, standing water, mud, salt, fertilizers, mechanical damage, weather conditions, or prolonged moisture.

5. The warranty does not cover minor cosmetic changes, transport scratches, dirt, or other effects that do not affect product functionality.

6. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product. It may be transferred to a subsequent owner on the secondary market, provided that the new owner has the proof of purchase supplied by the original purchaser.

2. Warranty Period

1. The standard warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase.

2. The warranty period is counted from the date of purchase confirmed by receipt or invoice.

3. The warranty period is not extended by repair or replacement unless otherwise stated.

3. Filing a Claim

1. Claims must be submitted by email (support@turfex.eu).

2. The claim should include:

. Customer details (name, address, email, phone),

. Order or invoice number,

. Detailed description of the defect, photos or video documenting the issue.

3. The Seller confirms receipt of the claim and provides an estimated processing time (maximum 14 business days).

4. Customers should ensure proper packaging and documentation to identify the product.

4. Claim Processing Procedure

1. Upon receiving the claim, the Seller may: o repair the product,

. Replace the product with a new one,

. Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible.

2. Accepted claims are processed free of charge for the customer.

3. If the claim is rejected, the customer is informed about product return and repair costs.

4. The Seller may request photos or additional documentation to assess the claim.

5. Customer Obligations

1. Customers must use products according to the user manual and store them in a dry place.

2. Regularly check and tighten screws as instructed.

3. Provide photographic documentation when sending products for claims.

4. Do not attempt repairs by unauthorized third parties.

6. Warranty vs. Returns

1. Warranty is separate from the right of withdrawal and returns.

2. Customers may return products within 14 days (per Returns & Refund Policy)
regardless of warranty, but return procedures differ from warranty claims.
